Re-building lost muscle

Morning all,
I'm looking for anyone who's experienced breaking or cracking a collar bone. I was learning to longboard a few weeks ago, and fell, and now there's a 9mm crack on my clavical. Needless to say, excersise has been the last thing on my mind. The bone itself has healed pretty well, but there's some left over damage.
My old scheduale involved hitting the gym 4-5 days a week, while going swimming and running and walking outside. I was very active! Was seeing results too. However (and those who've experienced this will understand), I was bed/couch ridden for almost 3 weeks, and was barely able to get out of bed without assistance. I've lost almost all my muscle in my right shoulder/upper arm due to inactivity. And what muscle I do have tires very fast.
I'm wondering what I can do that wont do more damage, but start to re-build what I've lost. Any trainer tips or personal stories about recovering would be great. Not going to lie, I'm feeling very discouraged everytime I see my deflated shoulder. I've been walking some this week, but anything more then a leasure strole is too jaring. My shoulder mobility is limited, but some yoga has been flexing it.
Anyhoo, thanks in advance to anyone who cares to help. I miss being active.
