hey guys,
would love to hear what u think about my food diary. (ignore the weekends I'm working on that lol ):grumble:

    Hi Nolachick!

    I looked at your food diary, and you definitely have some hard core self control and seem to be on the right track!
    One thing I did notice was that there were several days that you didn't even eat 1200 calories, which is the MINIMUM you should consume during a day. One day I noticed you only consumed 950. :noway: I don't know how tall you are, but even for a very small person that is barely enough fuel to keep you going let alone keep your metabolism up so that you continuously burn calories throughout the day!

    I totally understand the fear of over eating, but your metabolism will really suffer now, and also later in life.

    thnx for the feed back. I have definately been practicing some self control. and don't worry I can't remember eating less than 1200 cals a day so maybe u saw an incomplete entry. I lost 3lbs this week alone when I really watched my sodium and fiber intake so now I am getting a hang of this.

    oh and FYI I am 5'5" - SW 190 lbs, CW 183 :)

    If this is working for you, then keep with it. If it stops working, you might consider eliminating some of the processed foods and adding more lean meat and veggies.

    I noticed some days under 1200 calories, so maybe you aren't logging everything
