I am training for Susan G Komen 60 miles/3 days event in November. My primary goals (aside from the fundraising for this great cause) are to get fit, stay off blood pressure medication and NOT injure myself! I'm about 40 lbs over my goal weight. Is there anyone out there who has done this event? Any hints to maintaining my energy while still losing weight? I look forward to hearing your comments! Thank you!
