I am heading to the grocery store and I am pretty new at this, any easy healthy food suggestions?

    Trick is to stick to the outside walls where all the vegetables, meat, dairy products are and to avoid as much processed foods as possible that is in the middle of the store...:) hope this helps a little

    Get the fruit and veg that is on sale - even if you've never heard of it or think you don't like it. Challenge yourself to eat it all before it spoils.
    I also splurge on a big can of cashews or mixed nuts. A handful is a crunchy, salty, satisfying snack.
    Yogurts and packaged cheese sticks.

    Salsa love mango salsa the best. So good on eggs, salads, wraps. mmmm

    Find a Farmers Market and buy local, fresh, in season fruits and veggies instead of the tasteless, un-ripened, sprayed, refrigerated fruit and veggies shipped from South America

    Try some quinoa, mixed vegetables, and steamed skinless chicken breast, you can even use the leftovers in a lettuce wrap the next day.
