So I'm super excited that I have LMP because I love lifting. And if it gets my heart rate up, awesome.
I had a recent slipped disk from a fall and was just cleared to use LMP with a warning that if my leg starts going numb, I need to stop immediately and give it a break until the next day. I did the Pump Challenge on Friday with much success - everything was dandy until I got to the lunges and my leg couldn't take it. So I rested. Did some walking yesterday, and want to get back in the saddle today.
What other disks, if any, go light on the leg action? I've been trying to watch some of them first, but it's taking longer than I'd like and I really want to get moving this afternoon.
Thank you!
