i think you can do it by December. keep your food diary and I weigh every morning as soon as i get up. weigh the same time of day every day. it keeps me on track even if i onlylose 3 or 4 ounces. I have been on the diet since 7/25 and i've lost 7 lbs and had one set back. good luck this sight is really good for encouragement and help. you can add me as a friend if you like0
