Greek Meatballs

These are unbelievably easy and taste beyond amazing!
1 pound lean ground lamb
1tbsp chopped fresh mint
1tbsp chopped fresh dill
1/2 tbsp oregano
1 egg
21/2 tbsp reduced fat crumbled feta
2 tbsp panko
1tbsp chopped parsley
salt and pepper
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well (with hands works best!) Roll into balls--should yield around 10-12 meatballs.
Place meatballs on baking pan and stick under broiler for about 10 minutes or until browning on top and not pink in the center.
Serve with sliced tomatoes, chopped red onions, sliced cucumber, crumbled reduced fat feta and top with greek dressing.
