Hello! I'm not really new since I used this website earlier this year and then quit for whatever reason. How do you all do it, stay motivated that is? I can't seem to stay motivated for a long period of time. I used this website for a couple of months back in May and June and lost 13 lbs then I just quit. I've gained 8 back since than and I just bought a treadmill yesterday so I'm going to give it a try again. I want to lose about 15-20 lbs but can't control myself when it comes to food. That seems to be my biggest problem. Than I look at these people that have lost 50 lbs or more and I'm like Wow I envy those people. Anyway, good luck to you all!
