I joined my fitness pal almost a year ago because I had been gaining weight pretty steadily and I wanted to reverse that. Though I was always on my Ipod or cell phone tracking my progress (which is slow because I keep losing motivation and giving up .-.) and never had access to the forums.
But today I decided that I was 100% serious about losing at least 10 pounds before the start of school and I logged on on my computer to have a daily reminder to keep it up!
