The new Bon Jovi song "We Weren't Born To Follow" is great...fast, motivating lyrics, gets you pumped up. :flowerforyou:

One of my favorite Queen songs to work out to is "Don't Stop Me Now".

I like Motorhead, and I want it loud. Lemmy rules. :drinker:

    Iron Maiden works too.

((I don't even like that kind of music. To enjoy music I'm really a Merle Haggard fan, plus Bonnie Raitt and John Melonhead and Bon Jovi - stuff like that. But when I go in the weight room I want an angry man shrieking and playing guitar. Badly.))

    This morning it was

    Wasting My Time - Default
Whiskey in the Jarro - Metalica
    Paralyzer - Finger 11
    Headstrong - Trapt
    The Distance - Cake

Then there's a song by Rush called the Marathon, which is about ....running a marathon. It's motivational when you're not working out.

It's cheesy, but when I'm running I like to throw on a little Eye of the Tiger, Chariots of Fire and the Rocky theme.

My power song is "Look at Me, I'm a Winner" by the Aquabats. Its cheesy and stupid. But it keeps me going.

Also have to echo CasperO, Maiden is AWESOME.

Other than that its either random music on shuffle, or Podrunner.
