I'm learning. Trying to pull it all together. Lats,middle and lower right? Thinking Axle deadlift ( Thick bar deadlift) Dumb bell rows and deficit dead lift. Thanks for feed back.

deadlifts, pull\chin ups, power cleans if ya aint skeered, barbell rows if ya are. Of course this should all be incorporated with a properly structured beginner routine. You can find a lot of info here http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=1465193030
