Setting goal to gain weight in the form of muscle

I went through previous pages and couldn't find a similar question to answer mine...I do strength training as well as cardio so I'm building muscle as well as losing weight. Once I have reached my goal weight, or better stated once I've lost all the fat that I personally feel comfortable with losing, should I reset my goal on MFP to "Gain" weight? I'm not sure if that setting will help me just to put on what I've lost or help me to put on lean muscle? Would I have to go through and manually change the settings such as raise the intakes of protein, carbs, etc.?
