    Either breaded and fried with tomato sauce and cheese or stir-fried with garlic and chicken ala Chinese! But yummy!

    I love it and had a bumper crop of the stuff last summer. But my partner doesn't like it.
    I found that he didn't even notice it was in my dishes if i pealed and salted it first. Then it just melts into whatever you're cooking and the texture is completely different.

    I'm in...not a fan of eggplant. But the b/f loves it breaded and fried so I make it for him. Its an easy meal.

    Tried it over and over and have tried to like it, but have NEVER had it good! Hate it!!! Ugh!
