    It's OK in small amounts, like a serving, if it fits into your macros.

    I think its delicious - as are most processed sugary, chocolatey foods.
    That doesn't necessarily make it "bad" - but it's definitely something to enjoy occasionally and in moderation.

    It depends on how you view it. My kids used to eat frozen waffles with syrup (370 cal, 70 c, 8 f, 4 p). Now they eat waffles with peanut butter and nutella (600 cal, 59 c, 21 f, 14 p). Which is better?

    Both have trouble eating 1600 cal per day.

    I feel you don't need to deprive yourself of anything that you want. You just need to be smart about how much you are eating this thing is suppose to teach you how to eat not to eliminate anything fun or tasty!! So like the beer commercials say enjoy responsibly :wink:
