Looks like a great start! To make it healthier:
    - Steam your veggies. That way, the nutrients won't leach into the water.
    - Buy fresh fish (or frozen, plain fish), and bake it. I'd recommend putting a little salt on it, cajun seasoning, and a teaspoon of butter (or coconut oil, or olive oil), and bake it at 400 degrees for between 12-15 minutes (until flaky).

    Good luck! <3

Looks nearly perfect to me! I do agree with the above suggestions.
If you aren't trying to go super low fat, you could drizzle a teaspoon of oil on the veggies to add a little more flavor and make it feel more satisfying.

You did a fine job. The weight loss journey is a long one for some of us. Find some meals you enjoy. Find a way that you can eat the rest of your life, and you will eventually succeed.

ETA: Experiment with a little olive oil, some lemon juice, and various herbs on the vegetables if you like.

Like others said, I'd stay away from boiling veggies. My favorite way to cook them is roasting - you'll be amazed at how good they are. Take fresh veggies, toss with a bit of olive oil and some salt and pepper, and roast in the oven at 400 for 10-15 minutes, until they've browned and they are done through. This is great with broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, beets, brussels sprouts, etc.

dont be afraid of healthy fats with your veggies, like olive oil and real unsalted butter -the fat will absorb the nutrients, minerals, etc from the protein and veggies and help carry them nicely through your blood stream so your body can really utilize them. :) Making the veggies more satisfying and tasty and filling will prevent overeating things you might want to cut down on (like carby sugary snacks).
