j_g4ever...how long have you been doing the 30 day shred? Is that your main exercise? I did it for a couple of days a while back but never really got into it, I was thinking about starting to do it again seeing as how the weather is starting to get colder I need something I can rely on ALL the time. YOU LOOK GREAT!!!

I did the 30 day shred for about a week and then my schedule got hectic... then on the 1st of this month i decided i was gonig to start again... did it for 2 days and then fell off the exercse train again! Seeing that other people are doing it might actually motivate me. Good job for you j_g4ever!

i have done the shred twice. well almost. my profile pics show a little difference. it really helped my shoulder muscles they look a lot better. I lost about 5 pounds on it but it makes you feel good and I got into smaller jeans lol.

you get out what you put in with the shred it can be easy (ish) or hard.

It burns some good calories too.

The 30 Day Shred is a DVD by Jillian Michaels. It's three different workouts... 'levels'. Many people do each for 10 days, some just do each level until they feel comfortable to move to the next.

I didn't lose any weight, but I did lose some inches and improved endurance.

You look great! Did you do other exercise in addition to the shred? I'm running about e/o day, but need to get toned... thanks for pointing out that you get out what you put in.

Any takers for starting a new 30 day shred group?

It was my main exercise for about 6 months or so besides like walking. I really enjoy it because it does have three different levels.

I did day 1, level 1 today - WOW - I'm so surprised at the sweat I worked up! It was hard, but not "impossible" hard like I had feared. Guess it's all about attitude, eh?

I just ordered the 30 day shred - I've heard so much about it. My other strength training routine is getting old and I don't feel sore anymore - so I thought this might be a good one to mix it up.
