Why no Yoga or Pilates?

Hello All:
So far I am getting a lot out of this website. I'm not usually one for counting calories, but I've been able to see where I might take out unnecessary sources of carbohydrates or fats and improve a recipe or something along those line, so I'm grateful for the tools I've found here.
One thing that I am wondering about - there are places to post your cardiovascular workouts, but not workouts that might be equally important for overall fitness such as Yoga or Pilates training. Am I missing something obvious, or is there a way I can log this? I do 20 minutes of yoga every day and plan on working up to more, and would love to put that into my journal, if just as part of the "record," so to speak.

You'll find both yoga and pilates as well as more general "stretching" in the exercise database in the cardiovascular section.
For other occasions, if you can't find a particular exercise, just google it to find the calories and add your own exercise.0 -
As many times as I did searches for Yoga and Pilates, I came up with nothing - then as soon as you pointed it out to me, there it was! Thank you!! I'm glad to be able to add this to my daily chart, things weren't complete without it.
