success stories and new goals

Hi, 6 months ago i decided i needed a change. at 25 years old and 5' 9" i weighed an astounding 240lbs.
I decided to do one of those high protein low carbohydrate diets. It worked surprisingly well. within 12 weeks time i had whittled my way from 240lbs to about 190lbs. My next step was to find a healthy more permanent eating pattern. This site helped a bunch. Being able to slowly cut carbs back in and keeping track of things like sodium, fiber, protein, and fats to a tee is helpful. I then started p90x. (something i never would have dreamed of a couple months prior) I finished it 3 weeks ago and have since joined a gym while still working out to the videos at home. I am happy to say i am currently 168 lbs with only 10.9% body fat. I now train 5 of my friends nearly who are starting to look way better themselves. My goal is to hit 6% body fat by new years.
Does anyone else have any success stories and goals they would like to share?
