well that was a silly idea

so on the advice of my PT I took a week off the gym, I normally go 6-7 days a week depending on what I have on. Because I suggested that I was thinking about changing gyms she said I was maybe justa bit burnt out. I then got sick mid last week and now I just cant be bothered I attempted exercise yesterday and lasted about 15mins. After a week off I felt so unfit and off my game.

any advice for how to get back into it.

    Make sure you're recovered first. Intense workout lowers immunity (temporarily), but if you're ill, it's enough to let whatever virus, bug, stick around.
    Then come back with a little less intensity and progress from there.
