Shock!

Hi Everyone,

Its time...

I need a change.. I need a shock to the system! My body is now very used to my current intake of calories, food choices and serves.

Any idea of easy changes I could make to SHOCK the system. Reduce Calories? Reduce fat? Any substitutes for this?

My diary is open.. Thanks!
P.S. I dont enjoy nuts or tuna from a can :p

    Workout intensity. Rock climbing. Heavy weight lifting. Challenge your body and eat more food to go with it. Increase protein.

    Got a new strength focused gym program that I started yesterday.. Im going to be upping the weights in no time!

    Just need to find various sources of protein I think

    I would try eating just lean meats/eggs, veggies and fruits for a bit. Give up grains (cereal, anything made with flour) and dairy and see how you do. I lose quite well doing this. It's a huge adjustment since I used to eat pasta and rice each several times a week and have granola for breakfast. That should shake up your food routine if you try it for a couple weeks.

    Protein sources:
    Whey
    Non-fat plain greek yogurt
    Chicken breast
    Lean beef, 96% fat free
    Turkey bacon, 96% fat free
    Liquid egg whites or from egg

    Might have to try more omelets and cut down on dressings I think.. Will let you know how I go. :)
