I Think I Can, I Think I Can

I really think I'm going to do it this time. I know I am. I can. And I am.
I've tried "dieting" in the past. Never really got into the "trendy" or "crash" diets, but I tried "watching what I eat" and "eating healthier" but never really got the results I wanted.
And, I've gone to the gym before. I've gotten into pretty good routines back in the day, but always went back to my "normal" self and daily routine. And I run... I like to run... when I can. I've run lots of 5ks, a couple 10ks and half marathons, even a full marathon. But I don't get out as much as I'd like to.
I'm 31 years old, and I haven't been my happy, ideal body weight/shape/size/whatever you want to call it, since probably early high school. As an adult, I've never been able to attain and maintain my goal/ideal/realistic-healthy-slim-toned-sexy body that I want.
This time, though, I can feel it. It's all there. More knowledge and experience than before. More determination and motivation. Fewer carbs, less "cheating" days, less "splurging", more protein, more weights, counting calories, making workout count, you guys, and MFP. I am going to do it.
I'm getting scared though. I am getting to the point in my exercise / health kick, where I usually KICK the habit and jump back into old routines. This time though, I'm sticking with it. Not gonna give up! I can do this!
