Do you drink a Cytosport/Muscle Milk brand protein powder?

Hello fellow MPF users,

I accidentally threw out my protein powder scoop and I need to know how many tablespoons is one serving. If someone could help me out that would be greatly appreciated. I buy the cytosport muscle milk brand that is sold at costco. It's 140 calories and 27g of protein per scoop. I lost it a whole ago and I've been using a quarter cup measurement and I think that might be too much.
