30 Day Shred - On Day 3

Hi Guys, I'm currently on day 3 of level one, and just wanted to say for anyone thinking of doing it, or who tried it once and felt it was too hard, it's getting a lot easier already! The first day it kicked my *kitten* big time, today, ok it still kicked my *kitten*, but I felt a bit more like I have started to get a handle on it.
If you tried it once and didn't go on with it because you felt it was too hard, just have another go, fight through the first couple of days and then believe me you will feel a lot better very quickly.

Yes I've had a lot of muscle pain, the key is doing more stretching than Gillian actually talks you through. I'm finding my quads and hip flexors need a good stretch, and my hams too. Although she does do these on the video (well not actually hip flexors apart from rec fem which gets a stretch with the quads), she doesn't do enough of it. I'm doing these stretches at intervals throughout the day, gentle stretching and gradually increasing the stretch throughout a period of 30 seconds each. This together with lots of walking to keep from ceasing up is having a good effect on my performance the next day.0
