Since I had my daughter 7+ years ago I developed a back and neck pain, the latter being the most problematic. I have always been moderately active ie have a job that requires regular moving about, don't drive so walk everywhere etc In addition to the pain I also developed big boobs ..... I'm sure the two are no coincidence!
My problem is that whenever I start a new routine of exercise I end up injured with this neck/shoulder pain, always on my right side. I feel it particularly when doing any ab work, I find I am often gripping with my neck if that makes sense. So today again after working out yesterday I am in so much pain I can't move to look over my shoulder and when you cycle to work in rush hour traffic it's pretty dangerous too :frown:
Can anyone offer any advice on this? I always warm up stretch etc
