What tips are there for overcoming a plateau I weight loss

I would say eat within your limit and exercise more.

I generally eat more or change up my exercise routine. But its hard to tell without more info. How many calories you eating. Whats your height weight and age (so we can estimate your caloric requirements ) and whats you exercise routine.0

Incorporate weights into your routine if you haven't already and do them BEFORE your cardio. Weight training burns calories for between 12 and 36 hours after your session has finished. Once you've used the carbs stored in your muscle through weights, your body has no choice but to burn the fat during your cardio session. Be sure to keep your heart rate at 65% of your Max Heart Rate. your MHR quick calculation is 220 less your age.
