How accurate is MFP for you?

I did some calculating today. I set up MFP to burn 1 lb. per week. However, I allow myself to go over on Saturday and holidays. Lo and behold, I am actually dropping an average of 0.81 lb. per week!

On average - pretty accurate. Sometimes I lose more, sometimes less, but overall I think it averages out to about a pound a week.0

Not real accurate. I want to lose about 2 lbs a week and I've lost a lot more than that. That wasn't my plan, but the workout regime I'm doing, plus the choices I've made in eating have accelerated my weight loss. Apparently I'm the kind of guy that can lose weight real easy.
It's slowing down quite a bit now that I'm almost to my goal, which is expected. I'm not worried, though. It will come off if I continue to work it.0
