Muscle weight vs. fat, burning calories resting

I have worked out for 45 days now pretty well, and I have noticed large muscles in my legs and definition in my arm muscles. I wondered if anyone knows how many calories I am burning at rest because of my muscle gain? I am 5'4", 176 pounds, and I eat 1500 calories a day. You may look at my diary if you friend me. I have worked out every day for the 45 days.

What kind of workout are you doing to gain muscle?0

You're not going to gain a lot of muscle mass eating at a deficit. I would say most of what you are seeing/feeling is water retention in the muscles.0

Try Katch McCardle formula 370+(21.6 * LBM)
where lean body mass is in KG (and this formula is general for both men and women)0 -

you dug up a post that is 5 months old and the OP is now eating 600 cals a day.
why did you go dig up a post that is 5 months old?0 -

Question for you. Why do you want to know and how do you know what she is eating since the OP's diary is private and you are not on her friend's list?0 -

I am curious why someone would dig up an old post and the OP had a big thread yesterday about eating 600 cals a day0 -

Did yesterday's OP even respond beyond the initial flame post? Nothing in her post screamed truth.0

Nope, there was no reply as far as I could see anyway. I just think some people have far too much time on their hands and like to start crap on the forums for fun lol0 -

she may have been too hungry and weak to scream or even respond for that matter0
