Low Cal Pink Salmon Patties

Mix together
1 Tbsp -Kraft - Miracle Whip, Light, (16g)- 20 cals
1 Slice Toasted and chopped Wheat Sandwhich Bread, 70 cals
2 oz (56g/about 1/4 cup) Chicken of the Sea - Chunk Style Pink Salmon In Water - Skinless/Boneless, 60 cals
1/2 tsp of yellow mustard
onion chopped fine. 1/8 cup

Season to taste with
Dill weed
Parlsely
salt and pepper

Form into balls and shape like a patty (makes two)
On med high heat
cover pan with spray cooking oil
cook for about 2 min each side (or until brown)
Total cals 167 for both patties

Very Good sub for fried salmon cakes (at least i thought:laugh: )
