:smile: Hello All

My name is Sophie, I'm 23 and from Manchester, UK.

I am looking for friends and support to help me with my weight loss journey. I am looking to lose 4 stone in total and I really feel like I'm ready for it now. I lost 5 stone in 2010 and put it all back on since I quit smoking.

I am vegetarian and also learning how to cook new things for the first time! I have friends who are doing Slimming World - I like the idea of eating lots of unprocessed food and I think it makes a big difference.
