Hi everyone,
I dislocated my knee two years ago, and it is not strong as my other knee for sure ! And i started doing INSANITY this April 2012 and i finished the 1st round. I have no knee pain doing it , no after burn, nothing ! But I am just wondering whether it will affect my knees in long term ?
I already started my 2nd round but bit confused and worried !
Does someone has the same scenario my mine ?? Please help me out !
Thanks in advance .
