    WOW ! Aazing. I am 308, from 316, and would like to know how long it has taken you and key things that you did to be successful.

    I lost about 50 pounds in 2010, 40 pounds in 2011 and 20 so far this year. So 2.5 years. I burn 1,000 calories a day working out, and I rarely eat dairy.
