What is your exercise regiment like?

I trying to find the right exercise for me, which is why I'm asking this question.

Do you combine cardio and strength?
How long do you do it for?

Anything else you would like to say about the way you exercise?

    I do about 30 minutes of light resistance work and then 45 minutes of cardio on the elliptical. I joined the local Y and am using their program, ActivTrax. I post each workout and it gives me a new workout for my next visit. I also go for bike rides as this is more exciting than the Y.
