    Snacks:
    string cheese
apples or whatever fruit you like
    fat free vanilla yogurt
    fat free cottage cheese
vegetables (i really like snacking on sugar snap peas)
    crackers
    almonds

For lunch and dinner ideas, I suggest going to www.skinnytaste.com ...That is the main site I use (and alot of other people on this site use it too) for food ideas. It has really delicious recipes on there and each recipe tells you how many calories and how much a serving is. :)
  • awesome, thank you!

I love the Planter's Nut-Trition Wholesome Mix (it has a lot of almonds, some cashews and some macadamias). I usually have an ounce or two with an apple to crave any sweet and salty craving I'm having. Plain, Greek yogurt is good blended with some fruit. Salt free rice cakes with peanut butter and raisins.

A protein and a fiber at every meal is good for you, so look out for that stuff. Fiber One bread with a lean meat and some veggies for lunch. Or some oatmeal and a yogurt for breakfast would be a good plan  And they're delicious.

Just find out what your favorite foods are and go with the healthy alternative. Like, I love jalapeno poppers, so I make them with low fat cream cheese and turkey bacon, and do half a pepper instead of a whole one for a popper.

    Greek yogurt
    Almond butter
Zucchini (you can make it a million ways!)
    Olive oil
    Almond milk
    Whole carrots
    Any and all fruits
    Eggs (major protein source)
    Lean meats
Avocado (you can use it as a mayo substitute in meals like tuna salad)

Pretty much anything that you can buy on the outer areas of a grocery stores, these foods tend to be fresh and non-processed

Thanks for all of these amazing ideas! I love to combine grapes, any sort of melon, banannas, apples, and oranges for a great fruit salad....I put low fat whipped cream on it for a great desert....High protein hummus with homemade pita chips are also a great snack....(you can back a whole grain, low fat tortilla).....Also snapped peas are great, and low fat skim string cheese wrapped in a lean deli meat....DELISH!!! Good luck:)
