I work the front desk at a gym, just finished my personal trainer certification, and havent worked out regularly for 2 months. I am 6'0", weigh 175, and would like to finally start training for a bodybuilding competition next july. already athletic, generally very strong, but i need to start moving toward that 10 reps range ya know. build some quality muscle. everything up to this point has been a limiting factor in my training. money, time, and gf living 1.5 hours away. now that im done studying for my certification, time shouldnt be an issue any more. Plus getting an increase in hours at the gym, and getting a second job as well, i know money wont be an issue. I just hope time wont become an issue again. but regardless, i have decided i want to compete in natural bodybuilding. Anyone have any advice they'd like to throw out there? any inspirtational stories?
