How to log 30 Day Shred?

Hi, I am going to start 30 Day Shred tonight after baby goes to bed. How do you log it into MFP? Just aerobics? Or is there a better option?

    I log my own exercise in.I put 30 day shred as the name then put the time and cals burned in the cardio section.Also i put in the few reps they do on there for strength training.To see how many cals your burning take 3.267 multiply by your weight then divide by 3 for 20 min workouts.Good luck with your workout!!I love 30DS
