Starving all the time

I need advice. I have been working out for the last week, loging daily my food intake, no sugar or white carbs, I also have been eating all of my calories plus some. I have lost 3lbs this week but I am constantly hungry, I drink water instead but I eventually give in. I am woried if I keep this up I might sabotage all my efforts. Please help!
