Joined a couple months back, but only have a couple friends. Looking for more people to add and keep me motiviated.

My wife and I started Crossfit this morning and had a blast. I'm at the weight I want to be at, but looking to just be more fit and put on some muscle.

    I just re-joined again. I never really got into it the last time, but the weight has slowly crept up and now I am so unhappy with myself. I need major motivation!!! Any tips or help is greatly appreciated!
