Hello

Hi - I have been up and down from 11 - 12st for ages and just recently went to a yoga week where I had no access to my own food - it was all laid on. Came back to find I am down to 11st 2lb, so long as I don't overeat now and stick to the plan I could see myself at 11st 0lbs by the end of this week maybe.

I love yoga!
