My mom has not exercised in quite some time. She is in her fifties and 50-60 lbs overweight, but moves around ok and has to be on her feet for work. But, I don't think she has done any other form of exercise for quite some time. I'm looking for an exercise video/program to get for her that wouldn't be too difficult. I don't want her to be discouraged immediately or hurt by it or anything. Any suggestions?

Leslie Sansone walk away dvds are good. You could also see if your library carries workout dvds and try some out before buying anything.0
