Returning again...

Hey - I joined a while back... was even sticking to the calorie counting and exercising plans for a while. Then I just kind of quit... and sure enough, my bad habits came back. So - here's hoping a return to the website and closer monitoring will get me back on track - and hopefully I won't quit this time! Would definitely love to pair up with someone else online to help keep me accountable for this. Ideally, I'd be working with a friend or family member in person to stay on track, but none of my friends are interested in doing so...
I'm back up to about 145 now... with still holding on to a target goal of about 130... 15 pounds doesn't seem like it should be all that much to lose, but I've been struggling with it for the past 3 years.

    Good luck on getting back on track! I am just starting to do the same thing. Did pretty good for about a month and then left for a 2 week vacation, and now I'm just about back to where I started :( I'm making my list for food for the week and getting ready to go to the store. Hopefully I can stay on track this time! Let me know if you need someone to check in with! I would love to have someone to check in with as well, maybe that would keep me a little more motivated!!

    I would definitely welcome your offer of a check-in buddy! I told myself I would officially start today... yet I'm eyeballing my free weights with dread (when I used to adore weight training)... lol :-)
