What to Eat?

Hi,

MFP advised me to have 1200 calories a day, however I just dont know what to eat that will fill me and stay in the calorie limit?

PLEASE HELP! .......

    Hey!

    I was worried about this as well, I eat pretty much everything I did before (besides takeout and soda) I just portion it better!

    Try eating 6 small meals a day at regular intervals! Also, drink lots and lots of water, it'll keep you full and take away the hungry feeling most of us get when we're bored/not actually hungry :)

    Also try to eat a lot of protein! :)

    I was so afraid to cut back so many calories, but lately I'm finding it hard to even reach 1200!

    agree. portion size is where i was going wrong. try having your meals on a side plate. you'll get used to eating less very quickly. 1200 is really low tho if u change to lose 0.5lb you'll get more calories to play with.
