MFP Friends Make it Possible!

Just wanted to say that I have never in my entire life done more than 20 push-ups in a single day, but my MFP friend challenged herself to 200 yesterday and did it in less than an hour! She challenged me to try it and I have done 100 so far today!! I can't believe it!
Since I am a loner and socially awkward I never go to the gym, just work out at home - alone...but this "relationships with other humans" thing is so cool.

You never know what you can do until you push yourself.

That is great!! When I started this I had many supportive friends on here, but a lot have fallen off the face of MFP. Now I rely on those wonderful people who keep sending me friend requests to keep me motivated and keep pushing me. I pretty much stay at home too and do what I can to be more active and eat better. So far I'm down 25lb... something is working.0

Have you tried wall push ups? Those are what I have to do due to an injury. It still gives you a work out with out putting too much strain on your back and shoulders.0 -
