Exercising too much: is 2 days not enough for me?

I've just undergone a massive weight loss starting around a year ago. I was 235 pounds and have gotten down to around 150 a year later.
I've always exercised strenuously (6 days a week for a long time, doing and hour of challenging cardio and a half hour-45 min of weight/resistance trainging) and have had a pretty strict diet and allow one day where I can splurge on the stuff that I usually stay away from. I've for the most part kept this regimen up for a year and I also I bike everyday. It is my main mode of transport and can bike anywhere from 15-20 miles a day.
Currently I've been working out harder than usual I've been doing heated vinyasa flow power yoga (one of the perks of working at a yoga studio). All classes are 90 minutes each and the room is heated to 95 degrees and it's a strenuous work out. I always opt for the advanced classes.
Mon and Wed I do 3 hours of heated power yoga (with only a 15 min break in-between the two classes) and Tues and Thurs I do one class. Throughout the week I bike up to 15 miles a day and on the weekends I go to the gym and do up to 2 hours of cardio and weight/resistance training.
I'm finding that resting for 2 days, I'm still waking up sore and fatigued. This week I didn't work out for 4 days (no biking even) and I'm still feeling sore.
I guess my question is what exactly is going on with me? I work out pretty hard and I know I push myself to the limit and hate rest, but I ate well these last few days, slept enough and my body is still feeling fatigued and sore. Any advice would be appreciated!
