Calories for weight lifting

The exercise tracker doesn't calculate calories for weight lifting? I understand it's more difficult to pin down but I spent 40 minutes in a leg workout, then abs and know that my heart rate was up higher than when doing the elliptical to warm up. I'd love to know some kind of calorie count!!

A heart rate monitor might give you some idea. I wear my HRM while I'm at the gym the entire time, making note of how much time was cardio, and the rest would be strength. You *might* be able to use something like "circuit training" to count for weight lifting, depending on how much resting you're doing.0
