It happens. Don't worry about it. Just pick up and start over.
It is a journey. Be patient, be strong and be kind to yourself!0 -
Even when I was eating many thousand calories a day I would eat good wholesome foods, I even make my own fresh pasta and ravioli. Now that I am eating right and cutting my calories guess what I crave....Kraft dinner!! I never would have eaten it before and now I want it all the time!! I refuse to do it though. (but man I want to)0

how is this a binge? half a pack of ramen noodles, apple, peanut butter and honey sandwich and a few extra slices of bread with butter? If that is a meal it still leaves you lots of room for healthy choices for the rest of the day. It's also not really all that much processed junk, sure the ramen and fake butter is but the rest of it's pretty neutral and frankly it's not like you stuffed yourself on twinkies.0

Phfttt...rookie. That's not a binge
One bad meal, or bad day isn't going to torpedo your weight loss. Just log it and move on. Do better today, and the next day and don't sweat the occasional 'less than optimal' meal.0 -

What is there to feel guilty about? The guilt is likely more harmful than any of the items on the above list.0 -
Just do not let it ruin the rest of your day. All is NOT lost.
Try to make up for some of those calories by getting up and moving to burn a few.0
