What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Hum?

What would I have done differently? Exercise, track my calories, not eat 2 chocolate chip cookies dipped in chocolate :grumble:

What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories and exercise.

    Yes...finally

    Yes, and then some.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Did three classes at the gym...Step class, yoga, and then Zumba.

    What would I have done differently?
    Absolutely nothing.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Get to the gym and do aerobics and power pilates, plus stay within my calories.

    Oh very good! Had another one today - 150 calories each... Oh my. Not such a good weekend for me. Not tracking... not planning... just snacking... Need to get back on track tomorrow :noway: It's my first off weekend in a while.

    3 classes... that is super :flowerforyou:
