I am 154 lbs. and am looking to maintain a healthy BMI by reaching 135 lbs by December. So far all I really do (exercise wise) is The Biggest Loser workout videos, cardio dance workouts, and yoga. I do these about 3x a week. Are there any other suggestions regarding what other workouts and/or eating habits work? Any great healthy snacks I should invest in?
