Greek yogurt in place of sour cream

I regularly use Greek yogurt in place of sour cream when I'm eating something cold, but I have never used it in a warm dish. I have these great chicken enchiladas that I make, and for the sauce, I mix a can of cream of mushroom soup, salsa verde and sour cream -- heat it on the stove, then put some inside each enchilada and then pour the rest of the mixture over the top of the enchiladas before sprinkling cheese over all and placing in the oven till heated through (about 20 minutes or so). Have any of you ever used Greek yogurt in a recipe where you HEATED it? If so, does it work alright? I'm having guests over for dinner tomorrow night, and I'm trying to still make it as healthy as possible.

I've used it hot and cold and it's always worked the same. Go for it!

ETA: I also use it in baking.

It functions the same in a hot dish.

Thanks for all the replies. That's what I'll use in my enchiladas, and I'll also use whole wheat tortillas. Should make this not only tasty, but much healthier! Thanks again!
