I'm making a yummy pot roast and it smells delicious....i cant wait until its dinner time....although I'm skipping out on my really yumy homemade roasted potatoes (I make a really mean seasoning for them) *drools*

    oh wow......that was by far the best best best pot roast i've ever had........and i ate wayyyyy too much lol i ate 7.5 ounces .....but the good thing is i only went over my cals by 50 today :bigsmile: and that roast was so well worth it
