exercise ball

not seeing anywhere on the fitness thing how to count working out on a big ball..anyone have any ideas on how to count it?

    It's what you do on it that you count. Isolation weight training? Strength training. Bodyweight exercises? Calisthenics.

    Pilates maybe ..... usually lots of core work involved.

    Look for the exercise instead of the equipment?

    I second this. I have one and it depends what I'm doing with it. If it's pilates then I log it as pilates. If it's calisthenics I log it as that.
